How to use digital thickness gauge?

1. Press down the lever to separate the upper and lower measuring heads and wipe them clean.

2. Press the power button, turn on the power, and check whether the display is normal.

3. When the upper and lower measuring heads are closed, check whether the display is zero, if not, press the zero key to clear it.

4. Press down the control rod to make the upper measuring head have enough distance from the lower measuring head. Place the workpiece to be measured flat on the lower measuring head and then loosen the control rod to press the upper measuring head tightly on the workpiece, and then take a reading.

5. When it is required to display in a different format, press the mm/in key to select.

6. Battery installation method: unplug the battery snap ring, replace with a new battery (positive side facing up), and then insert the battery snap ring into the thickness gauge.
